Detail Page

Gives you detailed information about a program including image(s), specifications and a synopsis.

List with Image

Gives you a list of programs with an image and specifications.
A maximum of 10 programs are displayed per page. If you click on a program title or image, the Detail Page is displayed. If you click on an underlined series' name, you will get a list of the programs from the same series.

List without Image

Gives you the basic specifications only. A maximum of 100 programs are displayed per page. You can use this type of display when you want a large number of program information on a single page. If you click on a program title, the Detail Page is displayed.

Genre

All the programs on this website are classified into the following 12 genres.

Nature, Science & Technology, Current Affairs, History, Culture & Tradition, Arts, Performance, Travelogue, Children's & Education, Drama, Animation, Feature Film

If you click on an underlined genre, all the programs from that genre are displayed by date added.
The Detail Page also displays a Sub Genre for more detailed classification.

HD

These are programs that can be distributed in high-definition. Programs marked with can also be provided in SD.
Programs without are offered in SD only.

Image and Sound

Clean  :  The images do not display any captions or subtitles.

Text in Japanese :  The images display Japanese captions.

Subtitled in English :  The images display the contents of the Japanese narrations in the form of English subtitles.

M/E :  This version of a program mixes SE and Music. When the narration is added to the M/E you obtain the Final Mix.

M/E+English :  These are programs with English versions.

Clean, M/E :  These are programs without English versions.
For some programs, versions with English subtitles are available for screening purposes.

English Script :  English scripts are available. Japanese scripts are basically provided with all programs.

Sort by

The programs on the List with Image and List without Image screens can be sorted by title, date added, genre, program length and year of production. By default, they are sorted by date added, starting with the newest one on top.

Switch Type of List

If you click on  or  on top of the page, the type of display will switch.

Contact Us

For enquiries, click on on the top right side of the Detail Page or on top of the Search Window. The Contact Us form will be displayed.
Fill out the necessary information and click on the  button to send us the form. We regret that we do not accept any individual inquiries nor send out screening tapes for personal use.

Printable Page

If you click on , the same search result page to use for printing is displayed in another window. To print the page, use the browser's print function. When there is a large number of search results, click on the  to go to the next page, and print several times.
